7:00 am Driver Registration & Check-In (do not come to check in before 7:00)
7:15 am All drivers are to be seated for the Written Test
7:50 am Mandatory Orientation FOR ALL drivers, volunteers and officers
9:00 am All volunteers to assigned areas

9:15 am Thursday Driving Competitors report to start line for course walk
9:30 am Drivers to assigned area
9:35 am Driving Competition begins

9:15 am – 11:15 am – Concessions Open – Card Only
11:30 am – 1:00 pm Lunch provided by Walmart, Publix, Frito Lay & Courier Express

7:45 am Honor Guard Ceremony (please line up around the course at your company tents)
8:00 am All volunteers to assigned areas

8:15 am Drivers to assigned area
8:20 am Driving Competition begins
Friday Pre-Trip Competitors
8:00 am Drivers to assigned holding area
8:10 am Pre-Trip Competition begins
5:45 pm Pavilion Opens for Dinner, please make a plate grab a seat then head to the amphitheater when you are done to make room for others!
6:45 pm Driver Line-Up – Drivers will line up at the top of the amphitheater by class
7:00 pm Awards Ceremony to begin
