What you need to know

Registration & Badges

Your badge is your ticket to each event throughout the convention. Each person, even children attending the event with your must be registered.

Convention Attire

Events are resort casual, except the evening reception, which is business casual, a sport coat is requested for men.

Golf Outing

The golf outing has become a favorite tradition for many attending convention. The Ritz course serves as the backdrop of a day on the course with coworkers and customers.

Welcome Party

Join us for this family-friendly casual evening and dinner as we kick things off and, as always, get ready for a few surprises and lots of fun!

Evening to yourself

The second evening is reserved for you, your family, customers, colleagues, and friends. Spend time around the resort or around the island: you won't be disappointed!

Wrap Up Dinner

Join us for a special evening to wrap up the convention. Mix and mingle with old friends and new ones and enjoy the entertainment. This evening is reserved for our guest who are 13 and older.
